Rahi’s project management team works closely with customers to define the Scope of Work, schedule, and criteria for success. We forecast potential risk, provide options for mitigation, and strategically allocate labor and deployment tactics to best fulfill project needs. Our project managers build implementation plans including installation and procurement timelines and when possible, utilize prototyping, kitting, and other time-saving strategies. 


Once the set of desired solutions has been identified from the planning phase, Rahi Systems will install and configure solutions to best fit your A/V environment.

Rahi maintains strategic dedicated facilities giving us the ability to stage, configure, and test our complex builds within a controlled environment prior to deployment to assure expected performance. We ensure that your solutions have been configured for optimal use and perform validation testing.

At the completion of the Implement phase, Rahi will provide user training along with project closeout documents. This includes any CAD drawings, as builts, full system design documentation, and hardware specifications and manuals as needed.


Our managed service strategy revolves around the need for greater uptime, meaningful analytics, and to provide this service in the most efficient manner. We provide this service leveraging a combination of automation and hands-on support. We realize the best way to ensure your rooms are running optimally is to check them often.

We also have options for AVaaS (AV-as-a-Service). We can guarantee a fixed monthly cost for the use of your conference rooms and we will ensure they are working optimally.

Remote Monitoring and Management

Rahi leverages leading technologies to offer remote monitoring and management for up to 100% of your network-connected A/V devices.

Preventative Maintenance Sweeps

Rahi recommends physical maintenance be performed at a minimum quarterly cadence when paired with RMM services to ensure the system’s overall integrity.

Rahi guarantees and warranties 100% of what we design, install and sell, but our experience and knowledge of the technical infrastructure environment allow us to confidently offer services and support for all manufacturers or installations of AV/IT related equipment and systems.
