Rahi Quality of Build Warranty Terms

Each service provided by Rahi has been performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and in conformity in all material respects with all applicable contractual commitments, and all applicable specifications and documentation.

The Quality of Build warranty covers physical repairs to installations and systems caused by workmanship or equipment failure during the typical and normal use of the system as intended.

Period of Quality of Build warranty is 90 days from the date of client project sign-off or final invoice, whichever is earlier.

Any service problem must be reported immediately.

The warranty does not apply if there are signs of abuse, misuse, or signs of damage which in the judgment of Rahi Systems Inc., are not defective, or have been altered or repaired by anyone other than Rahi Systems Inc, personnel.

Any damage caused by Acts of God, vandalism, theft or failure to read instructions for operation and maintenance as contained within Instruction manuals or from use of equipment in conjunction with incompatible equipment installed by others will not be covered by this warranty.
