Rahi’s project management team works closely with customers to define the Scope of Work, schedule, and success criteria. We forecast potential risk, provide mitigation options, and strategically allocate labor and deployment tactics to best fulfill project needs. Our project managers build implementation plans, including installation and procurement timelines, and when possible, utilize prototyping, kitting, and other time-saving strategies.
Once the set of desired solutions has been identified from the planning phase, Rahi will install and configure solutions to best fit your A/V environment.
Rahi maintains dedicated strategic facilities giving us the ability to stage, configure, and test our complex builds within a controlled environment prior to deployment to assure expected performance. We ensure that your solutions have been configured for optimal use and perform validation testing.
At the completion of the Implement phase, Rahi will provide user training along with project closeout documents. This includes any CAD drawings, as-builts, full system design documentation, and hardware specifications and manuals as needed.
