Execute architecture, operations, and infrastructure kickoff reviews (on-site or remote) with key stakeholders
Build reference architecture for new workload
Provide projected cost analysis report
Provide detailed design documentation for operations, infrastructure, and application teams
Create a project plan for the execution of migration or refactoring

Premium Cloud Plan

Identify one target workload to migrate or refactor
Execute architecture, operations, and infrastructure kickoff reviews (on-site or remote) with key stakeholders
Build reference architecture for new workload
Provide projected cost analysis report
Provide detailed design documentation for operations, infrastructure, and application teams
Create a project plan for the execution of migration or refactoring
Perform all activities in a Basic Cloud Plan
Identify additional workload dependency mappings based on “all-in” cloud migrations

Implement

Migrations or application refactoring into a public or private cloud environment is more than porting a VM or pushing a container to a managed Kubernetes cluster. It means that customers have to ensure proper networking and firewall requirements are in place, that managed identity profiles are created, and security policies are maintained.

Cloud Migration

Identify one target workload to migrate
Follow project plan to test environment for proper migration
Verify logs and metrics are sent to customer monitoring and management platform(s)
Provide timelines for migration
Provide detailed report post-migration, including remediation activities needed for future migrations

Cloud Refactoring

Identify one target workload to refactor
Work with engineering teams to simplify and automate build processes for CI/CD requirements
Follow project plan to test build process for application builds
Verify logs for the new application are sent to customer monitoring and management platform(s)
Provide a timeline for dev/test or production implementation
Provide detailed time-to-build report post-implementation
